Blue Green Eyeliner and a Red Lip

I decided to play around with my makeup since I was home alone and my baby was napping, this is how it ended. I am really happy about it. It's kindof a summery look but the sun has been shining all day (which is weird for the town I live in) so I was in a summer mood ;) Hope you enjoy this "tutorial".

 > Mér leiddist svolítið ein heima og Aðalsteinn var sofandi útí vagni þannig ég ákvað að leika mér aðeins með förðunardótið mitt og það endaði svona. Ég er alveg frekar ánægð með útkomuna. Þetta er pínu sumarlegt look en sólin er búin að skína í allan dag þannig ég var í smá sumar skapi :) Vonandi finnst ykkur þetta skemmtileg færsla :)




I started by using my NYX Jumbo Pencil in milk, to get the line not to thick and to do the flick I used a brush. It's the accent brush from Real Techniques. This will make the colour of the shadow that I put on top really stand out.

> Ég byrjaði á að nota NYX Jumbo Pencil í litnum milk og til þess að gera línuna ekki of þykka og til þess að lengja línuna í svona 'cat eye' þá notaði ég bursta frá Real Techniques sem heiti accent brush. Með svona hvítan base þá verður liturinn sem ég set ofan á miklu bjartari og sést meira.





Then I took my wet and wild eye shadow pallet that I ordered from BeautyJoint because I can't get wet and wild products here in Iceland. Anyway I took the blue green shadow from the pallet with another Real Techniques brush, this is the pixel-point eyeliner brush. There are no names of these shadows but the pallet name is Poster Child. You can really just use whatever shadow you want, it can be shimmer, glitter, red, pink, blue whatever you like or have! 

> Síðan náði ég í wet and wild augnskugga pallettuna mína sem ég pantaði frá BeautyJoint af því að wet and wild vörur fást ekki hérna. Ég tók blágræna litin úr pallettuni og notaði annan bursta frá Real Techniques en þessi heitir pixel-point eyeliner brush. Það eru engin nöfn á augnskuggunum en palletan heitir Poster Child. En þið getið notað hvaða augnskugga sem er, hvort sem þeir eru sanseðarir eða glimmer og hvaða liti sem þið viljið!




This is the finished look, it really couldn't have been easier haha!  I just put a Color Boost from Bourjois in the shade Red Sunrise and voila! I really like how this colour made the green in my eyes stand out. 

> Svona leit þetta út í lokin, gæti ekki verið einfaldara haha! Ég setti Color Boost frá Bourjois í litnum Red Sunrise á varirnar. Ég virkilega elska hvað þessi litur á augnskugganum lét græna litin í augunum mínum vera áberandi.

    Vá! Þetta kemur mega töff út.. snilld ad setja undir til að lata litinn 'poppa' meira mun nýta mér þetta trik :D
