Hi Guys!

Today I thought I'd do something different for my blog and answer a Beauty Blogger Tag, if you know any other fun tags that you'd like me to do let me know!

I want you guys to get to know me better!

1. Name a beauty regimen that you rarely do?

Well.. I rarely ever use lip liner, I'm really trying to change that but often I just really can't be bothered!

2. Is washing your make-up brushes something that you do regularly?

If I use them on clients then yes I'm pretty good with washing them, but if I only use them on myself I don't do it nearly as much as I should!

3. How long will you last with chipped nail polish?

I can go for days with it but I it will annoy the crap out of me and I will start picking on it to take it off.

4. How long will you put off buying/replacing a beauty product, even if you need it?

Unless it's mascara or concealer I can put it off for ages, and keep buy things that I don't need.

5. What is your worst beauty habit?

Having dry lips and biting my lips when I'm wearing lipstick... That's so bad!

6. Name something non-beauty related that you put off doing all the time?

Laundry.. well folding it and putting it away anyway, there can be clean laundry in my basket from days on end!

And also taking a shower.. I don't like showers so I put it off until it's absolutely necessary, dry shampoo is my bestest friend!

7. When going out somewhere, do you leave getting ready to the last minute?

I wouldn't say that.. However I highly underestimate the amount of time I need to get ready so I'm more often then not last minute with things!

8. Can you commit to spending bans?

Nooo... next question!

9. How organized are your make-up and nail polish collections?

Zero organized, I need a better system.. It tends to be spread out all over the place!

I wanted to tell you guys my thoughts about the Loreal Brow Artist Plumper.

First I want to mention that I never used to use brow gels. Like ever.

I didn't think they made that much of a difference, then I bought a Rimmel brow gel and I changed my mind.

My brow hair tend to go downwards and brow gel keep them up which in my case kind off lifts the brow.

Anyway I decided to buy the Loreal Brow Artist Plumper because of all the hype it was getting and it did not disappoint!

Fyrsta sem ég ætla að minnast á er það að ég hef aldrei verið fyrir augabrúnagel, ég skyldi bara ekki tilgangin með þeim.

Eða jú ég skyldi tilgangin en mér fannst það ekki vera mjög mikilvægur partur af förðuninni, boy was I wrong!

Ég prófaði fyrst augabrúnagel frá Rimmel og þá fattaði ég að augabrúna hárin mín beinast öll niður en það að nota gelið þá fóru þau upp og á einhvern hátt þá lyfti það upp augabrúninni minni.

Ég ákvað svo að prófa Loreal Brow Artist Plumper útaf öllu því góða sem ég hef heyrt um hann og hann valdi mér ekki vonbrigðum!

In this before and after picture you can hopefully see the difference, and what I mean by saying that the brow gel lifts my brows up.

Not only does this brow gel do that and hold my hairs in shape all day long, it also has some kind of fibres in it I believe that add on your natural brow hairs so the brow appears thicker.

I hope that you can see that in the pictures that it actually does that.

That was so shocking to me! Like how, what, why.

Þetta sérstaka augabrúna gel er ekki bara til þess að halda hárunum á sínum stað í gegnum daginn heldur eru líka einhverja sérstakara trefjar í því sem bætast ofaná hárin og láta þannig augabrúnirnar líta út fyrir að vera þykkari.

Ég vona að þið sjáið það á myndunum.

Það kom mér mest á óvart að það virkaði.. it's some kind of magic!

Here you can definitely see the big difference using this product makes.

Right now I cannot live without it. (little bit dramatic but you know)

I have the one in dark brown I believe so it adds a tint of colour to the brow hair which I like but it also comes in a transparent one and that one doesn't add any colour.

Ég bókstaflega get ekki lifað án þessari vöru eins og er. (Nei ég spara ekki dramatíkina!)

Þessi sem að ég á er í dökkbrúnum lit þannig hann gefur einnig lit í hárin sem að ég fýla mjög mikið en hann er einnig til í glærum.

Here is a full face picture, I went for a really fresh faced summer makeup and I really like how effortless it turned out.

All in all I really like this product and recommend it to anyone!

I've really been loving my eyebrows looking so thick but still stay in some kind of shape.

Í stuttu máli þá elska ég þessa vöru og myndi mæla með henni við alla!

Ég dýrka hvernig augabrúnirnar verða þykkar en samt eru þær mótaðar.

In may I went to Denmark and wondered into Sephora, I actually behaved really well and didn't buy too much.

I did pick up two colours from the Too Face Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipstick line.

I got Melted Fuchsia and Melted Fig.

> Í maí þá fór ég til Danmerkur og ótrúlegt en satt þá endaði ég í Sephora, ég reyndar hagaði mér mjög vel og keypti ekki mikið! (Þar sem að þetta var alveg veeel dýrt þarna inni)

Ég keypti tvo liti frá Too Face Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipstick línuni. (Rosalegt nafn!)

Ég fékk mér litina Melted Fig og Melted Fuchsia.

These liquid lipsticks are literally my new obsession! They go on really pigmented and creamy.

They do dry, but I wouldnt say to a complete matte finish however they aren't really shiny.

Because they don't dry so matte they do not dry out your lips but somehow they last like seriously throughout the day, even with eating and drinking!

Þeir eru ótrúlega litsterkir og mjúkir.

Þeir þorna á vörunum en verða ekki alveg fullkomlega mattir að mínu mati, en þeir eru alls ekki glansandi þegar að þeir þorna.

Það að þeir þorni ekki alveg mattir er stór plús að mínu mati en þá þurrka þeir varirnar ekki neitt, einhvern veginn samt endast þeir allan 'fríkíng' daginn, þótt ég ét og drekk eins og ég veit ekki hvað. Þá haggast þeir ekki!

The applicator on it is like a sponge thing, I'm not quite sure how I feel about it yet.

I do use it to apply straight on the lips and it does a decent job however I always have to use a lip brush to have a clean straight line.

All in all, I really enjoy this lip product and I would buy more colours, the only thing I'm on the fence about is the applicator but it doesnt bother me too much!

> Til þess að bera þá á varirnar þá er svona svampt gaur framaná, ég er ekki alveg viss hvað mér finnst um það strax.

Ég nota það alveg til þess að setja varalitin á varirnar og það virkar alveg ágætlega en ég þarf samt sem áður alltaf að nota varalitabursta til þess að gera línurnar beinar og hreinar.

Ég er ótrúlega ánægð með þessa varaliti og langar í fleiri liti.

Eina sem böggar mig við þá er þessi svampur en hann er ekkert svo hræðilegur.

Ef þið viljið að ég geri svona samanburða færslu á þessum og á L.A girl Glazed lip paint endilega líkið við þessa færslu svo ég viti það :)

So I thought that I'd do a first impression type video on this foundation but I don't really know how to tape those kind of videos and you have to wear the foundation for a whole day so I just decided to do a blogpost about it.

First I like to mention that I have normal to dry skin.

Soo now you're probably like why in the heeeeeeell did you buy a matte foundation.

I have no idea, LustreLux and Desi Perkins talked so well about it I just got so curious.

Það fyrsta sem ég ætla að minnast á er að ég er með venjulega til þurra húð.

Þið eruð örugglega að hugsa núna bara afhverju ég keypti mér þá mattan farða þar sem að þeir eru alveg 0000% rakagefandi sem er yfirleitt það sem maður leitast í ef húðin á það til að vera pínu þurr.

Ég var bara svo forvitin því tvær af mínum uppáhalds á YouTube, LustreLux og Desi Perkins töluðu svo vel um hann.

So here are my before and after photos, this is only with one layer of the foundation.

Being that it is a matte foundation I prepped my skin with a good moisturizer and a face mist from Makeup Store, I also used a moisturising primer.

I did this so the foundation don't cling on to any of my dry spots and it worked, the foundation didn't look dry on my face so if you have a normal to dry skin but want to use a matte foundation it could work with the right prepping!

I was really impressed with the coverage and how it evened out my skin color. Except the color I got is a tinyyyyy bit to dark (the color is Vanilla) but with a little bit of sun, if she will ever come out during this wonderful summer in Iceland, the color will match just fine.

Wearing this foundation throughout the day it did not budge, it did not go cakey or dry so I really like this foundation, I think it is perfect for a night out or for fancy events.

It does not have flashback and looks really good on camera so I highly recommend this foundation to anyone, except if you have dry to extremely dry skin.

The only down side I have to mention is when I was taking this picture of foundation it got to set and when it did blending the concealer in was really hard, doable but unnecessary hard.

This is not a huge problem since when I am not taking photos of the foundation it wont get the time to settle in to the skin.

Blending powders over, bronzer and blush were no big deal so I don't look at this as a huge flaw.

All in all it is a great foundation. Hope you enjoyed this post.

Þar sem að þetta er mattur farði þá undirbjó ég húðina mína mjög vel, notaði gott rakakrem og Face Mist frá Makeup Store og svo notaði ég líka rakagefandi primer.

Þetta gerði ég til þess að farðinn myndi ekki safnast saman á einhverjum þurrkublettum sem ég gæti verið með.

Þannig ef að þú ert með svipaða húðgerð og ég og langat að prófa mattaða farða þá myndi ég mæla með því bara að undbúrbúa húðina mjög vel með rakagefandi vörum.

Ég var ótrúlega hrifin af þekjunni sem að farðinn gefur og hvað hann jafnar vel út húðlitinn minn.

Liturinn sem ég fékk mér (vanilla) er samt pínu pínu dökkur fyrir mig en ég gat samt alveg látið það virka, liturinn verður fullkominn um leið og það kemur sól (krossa putta).

Ég er ekki alveg viss um hvað eru til margir litir af þessum farða en Lustre Lux gerði mjög gott myndband um akkúrat þennan farða : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWlnnfiEJos

Hinsvegar er hún örugglega að tala um bandaríska Loreal farðan og ég hef alveg enga hugmynd um muninn á þeirra og okkar.

Farðinn breyttist ekkert yfir daginn, hann var ekki "kökulegur" eða mjög þurr, í rauninni var húðin mín sjúklega mjúk allan daginn.

Þess vegna er ég alveg viss um að þetta er alveg fullkominn farði þegar þú ert að fara að skemmta þér fram á nótt, og sérstaklega á viðburði þar sem verða teknar myndir.

Hann kemur ótrúlega vel út á mynd.

Ég mæli með þessum farða við alla en kannski ekki ef þú ert með þurra til mjög þurra húð.

Eina neikvæða við þennan farða er að þegar ég var að taka myndirnar þá náði hann að setjast alveg í húðina sem varð til þess að það var erfitt að blanda hyljaranum við.

Það var erfitt en ekki alveg ómögulegt þannig þetta gekk alveg en var samt pirrandi.

Þegar ég mála mig venjulega samt þá fær farðinn ekki svona mikin tíma til að setjast eins og þarna þannig þetta er ekkert rosalegt vandamál en fannst ég samt þurfa að minnast á það.

Það var ekkert mál að blanda sólapúður og kinnalit við.

Þannig þegar ég tek allt saman þá er ég ótrúlega sátt með þennan farða :)
