Body Shop Vitamin E range

Let me begin by telling you guys what my skin type is. I have a dry/normal skin, mostly dry though and it can be rather sensitive, I mean I can't use just whatever on it. I do not have acne or get pimples. I just occasionally get a blemish here and there. My skin can get super super dry, like so dry that it starts flaking. That's why I wanted to try out the Vitamin E range from Body Shop, that range hydrates the skin, and being from Body Shop I didn't have to sell my arm to afford the stuff! I just can't convince my self to buy those expensive products although they probably do work wonders, I can be a bit cheap. However back to the Body Shop products. 

 > Ég ætla að byrja á að útskýra fyrir ykkur hvernig húðtýpu ég er með. Húðin mín er svona venjuleg til þurr, samt meira í þurrarri kanntinum, hún getur líka verið svoldið viðkvæm ég kemst ekki upp með að nota hvernig vörur sem er á hana. Ég fæ ekki bólur en fæ stundum svoldið roða á kinnarnar. En hinsvegar verður húðin mín stundum svo þurr að hún fer að flagna sem að er alveg óþolandi og sést svo mikið þegar að ég mála mig. Það er ástæðan afhverju mig langaði að prófa Vitamin E línuna hjá Body Shop því hún á að vera mjög rakagefandi og hlutirnir úr henni eru ekki rándýrir. Ég næ ekki að sannfæra sjálfan mig í að kaupa rándýrar vörur.. enþá! Allaveganna aftur að Body Shop vörunum.


The Vitamin E Eye Cream. It says on the tube that it's supposed to help with reducing the appearance of fine lines, puffiness and dark circles. Fortunately I don't have fine lines, yet, but I do get puffiness and dark circles and I feel this helps with them a lot. Also it just hydrates so well under the eyes and prepares it for concealer. I absolutely am in love with this product! 

> Vitamin E augnkremið. Á túbuni segir að kremið á að hjálpa með að minnka fínar línur, draga úr 'puffiness' og baugum. Ég er allaveganna ekki með fínar línur undir augunum (enþá allaveganna) en ég fæ bauga og svona 'puffiness' undir augunum og mér finnst þessi vara hjálpa með það. Síðan er hún svo rakagefandi og hjálpar með undirbúning fyrir hyljara. Ég dýrka þessa vöru útí gegn!


The Vitamin E Moisture Cream. This is my favourite of the bunch! Love this day cream. It hydrates my skin and smooths it out, and what I love most is how quick it sinks in the skin. Wonderful under foundation. Although you're always supposed to wait a bit before applying primer or foundation after you put your moisturiser on, don't have to wait to long with this product! The smell of products don't bother me much but my mom is really sensitive to scents but she likes the smell of this product. I would try to describe it if I possibly could, I just, just have NO idea how to describe it so sorry! I recommend this product so much.

> Vitamin E dagkremið er mjög rakagefandi og gerir húðina mína svo mjuka. Ég elska hvað það er fljótt að smeygast inní húðina. Mjög þæginlegt að nota það undir meikið, en maður á samt að bíða í svoldin tíma eftir að maður er búinn að nota krem og þangað til að maður setur grunninn eða meikið á en með þetta krem þá þarf maður ekkert að bíða svo lengi. Það er svoldið lykt af þessari vöru en lyktir af vörum trufla mig aldrei. Hinsvegar er mamma mín mjög viðkvæm fyrir þeim en henni finnst lyktin af þessari allt í lagi. Ég ætla ekki að reyna að lýsa lyktinni fyrir ykkur því miður. Ég mæli mjög með þessari vöru!



The Vitamin E Intense Moisture Cream. I use this product if my skin gets so dry that it starts flaking (is that the right word?). It helps soo much with the flakiness(yes still a word right?). This is a really thick consistency and a bit greasy. Takes really long to sink into the skin but it works wonders! This is the life saver for my dry skin. I only use this on my nose, around my nose and moth and sometimes the forehead. I think it's just to greasy to put all over my face so I just use it where I am the most dry. I have a lot of love for this product!

> Vitamin E Intense rakakrem. Þessi vara er bókstaflega guðsend fyrir mína þurru bletti. Hún hjálpar svo ótrúlega til með þurrkublettina mína, sérstaklega þegar ég er farin að flagna. Þetta er samt mjög þykkt krem og húðin verður svona pínu 'greasy' eftir á og kremið er mjög lengi að fara inní húðina. Ég nota þetta bara þegar húðin mér er mjög þurr og set þá bara á staðina þar sem að hún er sem mest þurr. Yfirleitt er það nefið, kringum nefið og kringum munninn og stundum á ennið. Ég elska þessa vöru hún bjargar mér svo mikið!


The Vitamin E Gentle Facial Wash. I forgot to take a photo of this product sorry! I'm using the photo of it from the body shop website. This is my first ever facial wash, and I really like it. My skin feels refreshed and clean after I use this. That's all I've got to say about this really. It works and because it's gentle I can use it everyday, which I do.. ok that's a lie. I do use it when I bother to clean my face which I try really hard to remember to do. But sometimes when my baby is finally asleep I just go to sleep without cleaning my face, shame on you Lilja!

> Vitamin E Gentle Facial Wash (veit ekkert hvernig ég á að þýða þetta). Ég er algjör sauður og gleymdi að taka mynd af minni vöru svo ég fékk myndina af heimasíðu Body Shop í láni ;) Þetta er fyrsta svona vara sem að ég hef átt svo ég veit ekkert hvernig þau eiga að virka en þegar ég er búin að nota þessa vöru þá er andlitið mitt hreint og fínt þannig ég held að þetta virkar bara vel! Þetta er gentle svo það er hægt að nota það á hverjum degi og ég reyni mitt besta að þrífa húðina á hverjum degi en stundum eftir að sonur minn er loksins sofnaður þá fer ég bara að sofa líka án þess að gera neitt, skamm á mig!


These are all the products from this range that I have. After looking through they're website I found a couple other product from the range I want to try out. The toner, serum and cleanser for example. When I run out of the moisture cream I want to try the illuminating moisture cream it sounds so interesting. Also when I finish the Intense moisture cream I want to pick up the nourishing night cream and see if that will work instead on my really dry spots, if it doesn't I will defiantly buy the intense cream again. I also want to try out the mask from this range.

> Þetta eru allar vörurnar frá þessari línu sem ég á. Eftir að vera búin að skoða síðuna þeirra aðeins þá fann ég nokkrar fleiri sem mig langar í. T.d. Tónerinn, serumið og hreinsirinn. Þegar að ég klára dagkremið mitt þá langar mig að prófa annað sem heitir Illuminating rakakrem, á það að láta húðina ljóma og með mína þurra húð þá hljómar það mjög girnilega! Einnig þegar að ég klára Intense rakakremið mitt þá langar mig að gá hvort að næturkremið virki eins vel, ef það gerir ekki þá mun ég klárlega splæsa aftur í rakakremið! Mig langar líka að prófa maskann úr þessari línu.
