Blogmas Day 12: How I contour and highlight.

Day 12 is all about my contour and highlighting. 
This is what I do when I am going out, parties or at nights, not day makeup.

> Dagur 12 er um hvernig ég skyggi og highlighta. (veit ekki um neitt gott íslenskt orð)
Þetta er það sem að ég geri áður en ég fer út, að skemmta mér eða bara eitthvert á kvöldin, ég geri þetta ekki bara fyrir dags förðun.



Here are the products I use, the blush is from Milani in Rose'Dioro and the contour kit is from Sleek in Light.

> Hérna eru vörurnar sem að ég nota, kinnaliturinn er Milani í Rose'Dioro og skyggingarpallettan er Contour Kit frá Sleek í Light.







I start with contouring my cheekbones, I do this awkward duck face to find the hollows to put the shadow in. You do this so your cheekbones stand more out.

For this I use my F05 Contour brush from Sigma.
Then I blend it out with my F15 Powder/Blush Duo Fibre brush, so I don't get to harsh contour line.

> Ég byrja á að skyggja kinnbeinin mín, ég geri svona vandræðilegt duck face til að finna staðinn sem ég á að skyggja. 

Í þetta þá nota ég F05 Contour burstann frá Sigma.
Síða blanda ég þetta aðeins úr með F15 Duo Fibre burstanum mínum frá Sigma, svo ég fái ekki of harkalega línu.





Then I do my nose (recently just started doing this and have been liking it) and my chin, to make me look line I have a chin line.

I also use my F15 to blend it a little.

> Síðan skyggi ég nefið (er bara nýlega byrjuð á að gera þetta og hefur alveg líkað það vel) og kjálkalínuna mína. Svo það líti út fyrir að ég sé með kjálkalínu.




For blush I use my F40 Larged Angled Contour brush from Sigma. This is really the perfect blush brush I think. 
Picks up just the right amount of product and it takes you two seconds to distribute it.

> Í kinnalitinn þá nota ég F40 Larged Angled Contour burstann frá Sigma. Mér finnst hann fullkominn í kinnalit.
Tekur upp alveg nóg af vörunni og það tekur mann svona tvær sekúndur að dreyfa úr henni.




For the highlighter I use my F35 Tapared Highlight brush from Sigma. 
Absolutely my all time favourite sigma brush. It is just shaped perfectly for highlighting.

I highlight the tops of my cheekbones, down my nose and the tip of it, sometimes I do my cupids bow too.

> Í highlighterinn þá nota ég F35 Tapared Highlight burstan frá Sigma.
Algjörlega minn uppáhalds bursti. Hann er fullkominn í laginu til þess að highlighta.

Ég highlighta efst á kinnabeininu mínu, niður nefið og toppnum á því, stundum geri ég líka ofaná vörunum á mér.





And this is the finished result!

> Og þetta er lokaútkoman hjá mér!
