Blogmas Day 6: Blue Eyes Makeup!

So I kind of suck at this Blogmas thing. I will not give up and I will try and get up to date! 

 For this post I did the makeup on my beautiful sister. 
She has blue eyes and I wanted to do an eye look that would make her blue eyes be more vibrant.
I was really pleased with the outcome and she was too!

 > Ég er ekkert rosalega góð í að halda mig við þetta Blogmas en ég ætla mér ekki að gefast upp!

 Fyrir þessa færslu þá farðaði ég yndislegu systur mína!
Hún er með blá augu og ég vildi gera förðun sem fara bláu augum vel, og láta þau verða aðeins blárri.
Við vorum báða mjög ánægðar með útkomunina!



She is just wayy too pretty! 
For the eyes I used Makeup Geek Mango Tango with Cosmopolitan on top, to add some glitter. 
I blended with Peach Smoothie and darkened the crease with Cocoa Bear. 
These orange-copper, warm toned colours really make blue in the eyes pop more!

Í augnförðuninni þá byrjaði ég á að setja Mango Tango yfir allt og svo Cosmopolitan yfir það, til þess að fá smá glimmer.
Ég blandaði út litunum með Peach Smoothie og til þess að dekkja aðeins glóbuslínuna þá notaði ég Cocoa Bear. Allir þessir augnskuggar eru frá Makeup Geek! 
Svona appelsínugulu-kopar hlýlegir litir gera blá augu enþá blárri. Sem sagt draga út bláa litinn í augunum!


I decided to go natural and blowy with her skin. 
I mixed my Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation with me Loreal Lumi primer. Mixing the primer with the foundation makes the skin so glowy and pretty! 

The blush and bronzer don't show up much on camera, probably because I just a really light hand with it. The blush is Milani and bronzer and highlighter are the Face Kit in Light from Sleek.

> Ég ákvað að gera náttúrulega áferð á húðina með smá glow. Ég notaði Healthy Mix meikið mitt og blandaði Loreal Lumi primerinum mínum útí til þess að fá glow á húðina. (Þetta trix er í algjöru uppáhaldi hjá mér!)

Kinnaliturinn og sólapúðrið sjást ekki mjög vel á mynd því ég notaði mjög lítið af þeim til að hafa húðina mjög "nátturulega". Kinnaliturinn sem ég notaði er frá Milani, sólapúðrið og highlighterinn eru úr Face Kit í Light frá Sleek.




She wanted to pair this look with a nude lip but I think it would have looked just as good with a red one, for the Holidays you know :)
